Melissa B made an excellent point about defining "enough." Once you have decided what "enough" means, you should think about how you are going to answer your question. It sounds like you're interested in a survey experiment. Is that correct? If so, think about the types of questions you might like to ask the people you are interviewing. Think about what range of ages you want to include. Keep in mind that not all forms of exercise are equivalent. For example, a kid on a volleyball team may not be exerting themselves as much as a kid on the track team or swim team (much as i love volleyball). If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
