Egg Substitute Project

Post by lwoodbury23 »

Hi,

I am helping my daughter with the science project she selected off of Science Buddies, The Egg Substitute. We are unable to locate the exact measurements needed for our egg substitutions. Under the MATERIALS section it states: "See the website in the Bibliography for information on the amount of each substitute you will need to replace each egg". Can you please assist us in locating the Bibliography that will provide us with this much needed information.

Thank you,

Lisa

Hi Lisa,

Here's the link you are looking for: http://www.thecookinginn.com/eggsub.html. The bibliography is one of the sections on the "Background" page. It seems a bit bizarre that the website isn't directly linked to on the materials page.
All the best,
Terik
