Human Health Based on what they Eat

Hello,

I am collecting data and doing research partaking to human health and how it can be affected by what is ingested. I am comparing people who eat organic food to people who eat GMO's. Is organic food the healthier and better choice? Does consuming GMO's produce gluten disorders that could be harmful to us? Are people who eat GMO's more likely to have a chronic disease versus a person who only eats organic food?
