Need some help answering a question

Post by docwatson1903 »

It's been a long time since I have calculated solutions etc. Would anyone be able to help with my question below. It's probably very easy, I'm just confusing myself at the moment.

So there is 150 mg/l of Nitrite in a 1000ppm LiquidEwt solution. So I need to know how much LiquidEwt to make a solution which has 1000ppm Nitrite? The solution will be made up in a 100 ml measuring cylinder.

hello docwatson,

The Science Buddies Ask the Expert forum is specifically for helping students in grades K-12 with their science projects.

There should be other forums on the internet where you will find answers to your questions.

Thank you.
