Using fans in highways to pull auto emissions underground
If we put Fans on highway lanes to suck down emissions from cars would it work? The thought is to have plants below that can use the exhaust to grow. I know there are other elements in emissions, like nitrogen, but I read that nitrogen is good for crops, so maybe that's even better. Is this a viable way to cut down on emissions?

Hello Kathy,
The Ask the Expert forums are specifically for students in grades K-12 who are working on science projects.
If you are a student doing a science projects, you should post your questions in the forum which matches your grade level and the general topic. On the other hand, if you are not a student, you should look on the internet for other forums to post your questions.
Thank you,
Madeline
