I wnt to add PDMS as an antifoaming agent in edible oil mixture and make it soluble in the oil without appearance of any particles what co- solvent can be used and in what amount

Ethanol. You can use it in a small amount, like 1-5%, to help PDMS mix evenly in the oil.
