URGENT HELP COFFEE

My project is removing coffee's color to stop teeth decay

I want to know if it is possible to remove coffee's color to prevent it from staining your teeth
I found out that coffee's color is caused by the Maillard reaction.
Is this possible to stop it?
I was thinking of adding a substance to stop this procces
The science behind it might be too complicated.
I need help from an expert.
Or a source that can prove show me how to stop it.
Please help?!

Preventing the Maillard reaction from occurring would prevent coffee from developing its flavor. It would probably be easier to remove the products afterwards. However, it would probably also remove the flavor. Removing the products of the reaction could be achieved with a variety of separation techniques, the easiest of which would be fractional distillation. For this technique, you would heat the coffee to a boil, collect the vapor, and let it cool down to liquefy.
