qPCR contamination problem

Hello Science Experts,
I have some problems with my PCR set up in my research lab. I'm getting amplification in my negative controls when setting up plates for q-PCR. I always input DNA last to minimize contamination. I use filter-tips and pipette at a 90 degree angle and a constant speed to avoid splashing, and always switch tips, and switch gloves whenever I suspect contamination (which is often). I wipe down my bench and pipettes with ethanol too, following the online tips from Google.
My question is why is it so easy for PCR contamination even with all these precautions? Thanks so much!
