Hello,

This is a very interesting question. Basically, you are looking for ways to speed up the nuclear fusion reactions in the sun (fusing hydrogen to make helium). Here are some websites that may be of interest to you:

http://www.extremescience.com/sun.htm

http://zebu.uoregon.edu/~soper/Sun/fusion.html

http://www.astronomynotes.com/starsun/s3.htm

In addition, you can easily find more information on nuclear fusion reactions in the sun by doing a Google search using these keywords. Give it a try and let me know if you discover anything interesting!
