I am doing the maple syrup with crystals experiment. I have looked all around the internet and have not found a simple explaination on how crystals form.
I would appreciate it if you guys took the time to explain how crystals form.

It's very important to understand the scientific basis for your project, so your question is a good one. The explanation of how crystals form is found in the background section of the project description. Please read this and post again if you have questions.
