Yeast Metabolism

I'm a sophomore and in Biology honors. To receive honors credit, I need to do a science fair. My question is What affect do aerobic and anaerobic conditions have in yeast metabolism.

In this URL, it informs that yeast can grow in the absence of air. Although, it would be slow and inefficient.
Considering we are in the same class, i would think you would be able to find this yourself Clara Alejandra Fajardo.
