what type of sunglasses lens blocks the light?

AFTER you've done your research and concluded your experiments, it is time to prepare for the science fair. Ask specific questions about preparing for a science fair, including how to set up your display board, how to prepare a presentation, etc. (Please post questions about selecting a project or conducting your experiment by posting in the appropriate "area of science" forum.)

We recommend reading the Science Buddies Project Guide for general information on how to do a science fair project from start to finish:

You can find a wealth of information on your specific topic by doing searches with your favorite search engine (like www.google.com). You might want to find background information using terms like UVA, UVB, and sunglasses.

Here are a few example science fair projects done on sunglasses, though not from Science Buddies:

Remember that particularly for younger students the most important thing is to have fun doing the project.

Good luck!
