Sacramento Regional Science and Engineering Fair

Eligibility

Any 6th - 12th grade student attending public, private or parochial school in greater Sacramento area – schools in a eight county area including Sacramento, El Dorado, Sutter, Solano, Yolo, Placer, San Joaquin, and Yuba are encouraged to apply.

SRC Requirements (What's SRC?)

Special projects involving human subjects, invertebrate or non-human vertebrate animals, recombinant DNA, tissue, pathogenic agents, or controlled substance have very special rules and must have special approval from the SRSEF Scientific and Engineering Review Committee (SERC) prior to beginning the project RESEARCH. Please read all rules carefully.

Awards

Yes. Sweepstakes winners of the SRSEF will participate in the International Fair. Senior Division Sweepstakes winners may include up to two Individual Project finalists and one Team (up to 3 students) Project finalist.
