Hey! So I'm going to do "How do fears change with age?" project and I have a few questions about it. My teacher wants me to do a project that is someething you can measure, and I'm not too sure how to put fear on a scale. How do you put feelings on a scale?
Re: Psychology
Hi,
It is hard to put a number on feelings. I think you would have to give people a questionnaire or show them images or videos and ask them to rate their fear on a scale of 1 (no fear) to 5 (max…

cognitive research
As a science teacher, I attended a workshop promoting a science lab program. During the presentation, we took a quiz which ended up being a great cognitive test. It revealed how people learn best. It is a great basis for a student interesested in cognitive research for science fair. Is the student allowed to use the quiz, and test his own subjects - or must he receive permission from the lab company? I am new to science fair, so I am not sure how much of…

Sociology or Psychology questions
My science fair question is "Can people tall hoaxes from facts". I don't know how to improve it to make the answer not YES or NO. All I was planning to do was get some random hoaxes and mixing it with real news and surveying people. Now when I think more on the subject I'm thinking this is a bad question. I'm in 9th grade. Is my project good for my grade level?
