how to make a simple pulfrich glass ?

Not sure what this has to do with a science fair project, but outside of looking in an old drawer for those 3D glasses from the 50's, or Shark Boy and Lava Girl or buying them:

I guess you could get red film and blue film at a crafts store and put them in a cheap sunglasses frame. I'm not sure how critical the exact filtering frequencies of the lenses have to be.
