What grade are you in? Have you had chemistry?

If you put "Assay for Ascorbic Acid" into your favorite search engine, you should get several methods. Most of them require some spectrographic analysis so coming up with access to the equipment maybe a problem.

I thought you might want to have a look at these web sites as "food for thought". I did a search on measuing vitamin C in fruit juice.

It might give you some ideas about how you might want to design your experiment.
