hi, are their any experiments to show harmful effects of salt on human body?

My elementary age daughter wants to show the effect of concentration of salt on human body. how can she show that through experiments?

Hi and Welcome to SciBuddies!

I really like your project idea!
You could show how salt affects plant growth, and then talk about the effects of salt on all living things in the conclusion of the experiment. With this experiment, you could also include the effects of salt on humans in background research in order to make a hypothesis about plants.
