Can the "From Trash To Gas: Biomass Energy" project be done using 2 liter bottles instead of 1 liter bottles?

Hi awilliams224,

I am sorry for this late reply, but I hope your project went well.

I am sure that you can use 2 liter bottles instead of 1 liter bottles if you double the amount of contents of the bottles. For example, you can put 80 grams of fresh cow manure in the three soda bottles labeled "Cow Manure" instead of 40 grams of cow manure. Also, you should also make the size of the balloons bigger in order to keep everything proportional. When you perform the experiment, make sure that the experiment is done somewhere not near any open flame or electrical sparks.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
