Lactose levels in Milk

Post by Pearlponylover »

Hey there,
For my Science fair this year I would like to measure the lactose levels in different Types of milk (e.g.low fat milk, full fat milk ). How do i measure lactose levels? Is it achievable for me to do it without needing lots of expensive equipment?
Thanks, Zoe :D

Hello Pearl,
Science Buddies has a database of over 1000 projects, which include several which consider the role of lactose. You can search the database by entering key words, for example, "lactose level".
