Hello, welcome to science buddies! It is so wonderful to see that you are taking an interest on the importance of a spherical earth, however your question is a little vague. The earth is wonderous in its shape and you may find that the shape gives it many advantages and shapes the life on earth. The study of the shape of the earth gives scientists and humans insight on the processes that take place on the earth, like gravity and how gravity works.
