Hello! I just want to know how I can measure the rate of fermentation for my science fair project. I would like something that doesn't cost too much money or something I can easily do at my school's lab. Thank you!

Hi Sadia22551,

Fermentation of sugar with yeast produces ethanol and carbon dioxide. And it's fairly easy to monitor the rate of carbon dioxide production. A lot of information is available about this topic online.
