Where can I order the Type K Bare Thermocouple Thermometer? It is no longer available at Amazon.

According to the project material list, you need a bare type K thermocouple that is not encased in a probe. Amazon does have bare type K thermocouples that should work as a substitute for the one that is no longer available. Here are two that I found:
