How Fast is your Computer project

Post by RazorGuild »

So when I go and test for different data types, the times really are the same and my general assumption was that there should be some change between the numbers. Am I not supposed to be to use the testing webpage or is it really that this is the result? I am majorely confused and the web is not helping very much.

The procedure does have you using the online web page for your testing. You should be seeing some difference in the "time" column of the chart, even though all of the tests may seem to be handled very quickly. Within each type of operation, you should be seeing variance in the time it takes when you change the number of iterations, for example.

Make sure when looking at the chart, you are looking at the second to last column to see the time -- total time (ms).
