Flavonoids Help

Post by amazing322 »

Hello, I wanted to do an experiment that involves the effects of various bioflavonoids and their antibacterial capacity on a bacteria cell. I've done researching pertaining that bioflavonoids are antibacterial and antimicrobial and I wanted to test the effects on it. However, I need assistance in trying to figure out an experiment or procedure through this. Also where I can be able to obtain flavonoids cells. Thank you

Hello Amazing and thank you for your patience in waiting for a response. I see that you have also posted a question about UV lights and their affects on Tooth Decay. Both of these areas are fascinating. Are you planning a science projects which combines bioflavonoids and UV lights and their affects on tooth decay? It would help the experts here to help you if you could provide more detail about the actual project you are doing, including what your hypothesis is and how you are thinking of designing experiments to test it. If you do intend to conduct experiments with bacteria, do you have access to a laboratory with equipment to maintain biosafety? Also, how much time do you have for conducting your experiment? Depending on what laboratory resources and how how much time you have, you might want to think carefully about what experiments you can do within your available time. Please tells us more about your plans and do not hesitate to ask more questions!
