CD4011BE

Post by IdolXYZ »

I found a project (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... erve-water) that I want to do for 4h and I don’t want to buy the kit it suggests, but use components that I already own. The only component I don’t have is the IC. Can I use any CD4011BE RCA chip? For example, while browsing Amazon I found a 14AMS15 e4 CD4011BE chip. Or do I need to have THE CD4011BE RCA 010 chip that it shows in the images? Thank you to whoever answers and Please respond soon!

Hi IdolXYZ,

Yes, I think the TI chip from Amazon is equivalent to the RCA chip.

I hope this helps. Please ask again if you have more questions.
