Hello,

I think it's great you're combining the language you learn with your planned degree. The best language may depend on what type of work you want to do after getting a PhD in physics. Do you know what type of work you'd like to do?

Also, you might consider if there are study abroad programs you may take advantage of during your degree (this can be more difficult to do with technical degrees though).
