i just want to ask another question, if what are the other bacteria or organism inside the termite's gut?! what certain org... or bacteria that can produce ethanol....

A simple Google search could help answer both of your questions.
It is important to be able to conduct research on your own. Before you ask an advisor or volunteer on a forum like this, try to use all methods of finding the answer. The easiest one is a Google search.
The keywords I typed in for your first question was: Bacteria in termite gut.
For the second one: ethanol producing bacteria - but for this one, I'll give you a hint: when yeast ferments, what happens?
