our project is about bioremediation using mosses, we are going to plant the moss in a contaminared soil . . and now we are going to make our methodology, the problem is we do not know what is the process on how we can get the conaminants in soil.

Hi,
What sort of contaminant are you going to use? Why not just mix it with the soil before you plant the moss?

If you wanted to add the contaminants to the moss after they have already started growing, you might be able to put them in the water or food those particular moss are getting.

Hope this helps!
