How does water density make things float? :?

Good question. Believe it or not, the answer to this question was actually discovered about 2000 years ago by a man named Archimedes. Try looking up "Archimedes Principle" in an encyclopedia or on the internet. You might also try looking up "buoyancy" and "specific gravity."
