I am doing the "X-Ray Vision: Seeing into Space" project and since it has been several years since it was originally uploaded, certain links no longer have the programs that I need to download. Number two sub a. of the procedures tells me to download GREYC's Magic for Image Computing (G'MIC) at this link; http://registry.gimp.org/node/13469. I am trying to download "G'MIC for Windows 32 bits" but it just gives me this page-- https://sourceforge.net/projects/gmic/files/. The procedures says that it is an add on pack age for a previous download. Is it necessary for the project? Is there somewhere else that I could download it from?
p.s. Sorry for posting this on multiple forums; I wasn't sure whether this would be in Physical sciences because it is astronomy or Computer science because it is about trouble downloading a program.

Re: Trouble with downloading G'MIC for "X-Ray Vision: Seeing into Space"
I am sorry you ran into a problem downloading the plugin. It is unusual that the developers did not leave a note on the GIMP plugin page. It looks like the plugin may have a new home:
http://gmic.eu/
I am checking with our team to ensure. But it appears that the plugin for GIMP is available from that page (on the downloads tab, choose plugin for GIMP.)
Hope that helps!
