Delete a file deleted my hard drive!
I was trying the file delete project and I installed the wondows program they recommend. Its aid there were no files to revover, then it crashed and my computer wont boot now. Any suggestion? We paid the $25 foir a license to get help and they said to use a backup. I don't have one! What do I do now???

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the program. I looked at the reviews for this program online and the vast majority of them were good, but I did find one review that mentioned a problem similar to what you described. I would suggest that you google "boot Windows in safe mode." The exact instructions will vary depending on what version of Windows you have, but Windows generally has built-in methods to recover from a blue-screen-of-death crash, even if you didn't make a separate backup.
