Good morning!

What a great project for you two to work on together.

So, in order for us to help here, we might need a bit more information. When the cork comes off is there something triggering it? Some sort of agitation or rubbing of parts that is the catalyst for this occurring? And do you perhaps have an estimate on how long between gluing and attempting to make the robot go again is passing? The key with epoxy and cork is to find something that can stand up to how porous the cork is. Contact cement, gorilla glue (or other yellow glues) tend to work well with the surface.

Keep at it you two! You are in the home stretch.

Morning, thanks for the reply. Last effort was 24 hours after applying glue and cork came off after sboht20 seconds :( Have ordered some gorilla glue as you suggest so hopefully this will work. Nothing else is causing it from to come off so fingers crossed! Thanks
