Catchy Title for Science Project: Stretching Mozzarella Cheese

Postby matheo09 » Tue Nov 28, 2017 11:21 am

Hello!
We are looking for a catchy title for our science project due next week. We are proving how fat content of Mozzarella Cheese affects its stretchiness. Making Mozzarella cheese with 3 different kinds of fat milk (whole, 2% and skim).
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Matheo and welcome to Science Buddies,

My what a yummy project! Many experts who have judges science projects actually recommend that the title should be based on the hypothesis, like "the effect of (independent variable) on (dependent variable)".

Or you could jazz that up a bit by starting with a catchy phrase, followed by the above. How about "Stretching the Cheese:the effect of (independent variable) on (dependent variable)."

If you aren't sure which variable is the independent vs dependent, here's a good place to read about that:

Hi,

It sounds like MadelineB has given you some good suggestions for how to structure your title. If you want a catchy phrase, you could try "Milking the Fat for All It's Worth", "That's a stretch", or "Got stretch?" I hope these help and good luck on your project!

Elena
