Question?

Post by yyy »

You want to study the effect of drug (A) on primary kidney cells. Your cells are seeded on a 6-well culture plate and you plan to treat the cells with drug (A) for 24hr using different concentrations as shown below. Compound (A) is soluble in alcohol only and the manufacturer indicated that 1g dissolves in 50 ml ethanol. Knowing that each well needs 3 ml of cell culture medium, how would you make the desired concentrations for each well? Explain in detail how you will prepare your concentrations. Note: Compound (A) molecular weight: 372.5 well number (1) concentration 10 micrometer ? well number(2) concentration 25 micrometer well number (3) concentration 50 micrometer well number (4) concentration 100 micrometer well number(5) concentration 200 micrometer well number(6) in control
