Why do bees behave oddly when light is turned off?

So as most of us know, bees are attracted to light. During the night today, I had the light turned on in my room and 3 bees kept swarming actively around it.

Then I turned off the light at around 4am, while my computer screens were still turned on. And here the odd thing happened that I have a hard time to come up with an answer to!

Just below my screen came a bee, LYING on its back, moving around like a turtle on it's back, as if it was paralyzed ??

Not only this, but another bee on the FLOOR doing exactly the same, lying on its back, moving around.

I asked myself, why does this happen?
