How much do successful species genes spend evolving ? median? Average ? compared to dying or weak species median average?

Species survivability in increased o2 rates from (birth to death)? If any; how much 02 increase can they withstand? Their life length?
Any difference in their offsprings dna compared to offspring of the species in normal o2 levels? (over genarations ) if so what part of the dna composition changed compared to the other species ? ( over generations)
