What category does project fit? Due Feb 20th

Project on yeast and if varying amounts create a larger or smaller rise in a set period of time. Completed project and about to turn in but unsure what category if fits into. These are our options, Life Science - animals, Life Science - plants, physical, and earth/space science.

The topic fits under physical science wiht sub category of Chenistry because of the chemical reaction of yeast .
