I want to know some advice on how to design my display board. My project is create your own spark, and I want to know if anyone has any ideas. I already looked at the site about display boards, but it didn't really help me. Can any one help me!? :?

Your board should clearly state what your goal was, how you achieved your goal, and whether or not you achieved you goal. I suspect the reason you have been having some trouble with your board is because it sounds like you've done an engineering project instead of the more typical "experiment." Engineering projects are great, and usually more applicable to the real world, but making a board for them can be difficult.

Always remember that a picture is worth a lot of words. This means that actual photographs, charts, and graphs, are some of the most valuable things that can be on your board.

Take a look at http://synopsys.championship.googlepage ... ndbook.pdf especially pages 5, and 11.

Hello!

I am doing a project on refraction and and and testing whether its possible to determine the concentration of a liquid with a laser pointer.

I just want some ideas of how can I design my header board.
My title is LASER TASTER

Any ideas, something that can grab the attention.

Thank you,
Alaa A.

Alaa1991,

In these suggestions, I'm going to assume that you are using a standard 36" by 48" board.

If you go to a the store where you bought your board, you will probably be able to buy a pre-made header board. These are the easiest to use. "lmer's" makes good headers.

On your header, I suggest you put the title of your project, your name, your grade, and yoru school information.

As far as eye-catching here's some general advice: pick a color scheme for your entire display. Limit your choices to two or three colors. Then use these three colors throughout your display (including your header).

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
