It doesn't look like the online entry form for 2011 is active yet.

If I am Doing a single Project with a qualified Scientist can I do STS with that same project?
Ps it is kind of a research projectish

So if I understand this right http://www.societyforscience.org/Document.Doc?id=215 I can compete in both STS and ISEF.

You are asking if you can compete in both STS and the Intel ISEF in the same year? Yes, you can.
