I want to be a best doctor. For the best doctor which requirement is need?

Good choice. Most doctors I know truly enjoy their work and it's extrenmely rewarding to help people. You'll need a solid background in chemistry, biology and math. All sciences help, but chemistry and biology will be the most important. You'll then want to find an undergraduate college program in science that has a good track record of preparing students for medical school. Above all, study hard, get amazing grades and demonstrate to a selection committee that you can do the work.
