E-waste

I am doing a science project on the impact of e-waste on our soil. I am interested in asking interview questions of an expert in that field. Here are the questions I was thinking of asking.

1) What got you interested in working with conservation, recycling or environmental causes?
2) What level of concern do you have personally with the amount of e-waste in our society?
3) What are some practical steps you would take to help stop the growing problem of e-waste?
