Is there a liquid substance that can heat up when exposed to frozen temperatures? This substance would be applied to concrete and would have to heat up after the liquid substance has been dried.

Hi Jake21797,

I'm not sure I understand your question. What do you mean by "frozen temperatures"? Perhaps you are referring to winter conditions when it is cold enough for ice and snow to accumulate?

Can you also talk a bit more about what you want this liquid to be able to do to the concrete?
