I'm sorry, I misread your post. Reading it again, it appears you were looking for general neurology contacts, not neurology research contacts. So I amend my suggestion to a suggestion that you input "neurology" to google.com

Among the first sites you find is the wikipedia article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurology which is a good place to start.
