Curie Temperature

Post by littlelaxdude92 »

What is the average Curie Temperature for a standard magnet? How about a permanent one?

Try using your favorite search engine and putting in "Currie Temperature" and you should be able to find some sources that provide this temperature for various materials.

As an engineer, my perspective is there is no such thing as a universal "standard" magnet. The Currie Temperature is a property of magnetic materials and is one of the things that differentiate the behaviors of them.
