Hi berriemarrie,
I'm not sure if you were asking a question or not, since you included an answer in your post.
Is your question really "What effect will different temperature have on time for alka seltzers, ibuprofen, tylenol, and aspirin to dissolve?" This is your Project Question? If so, here are some resources:
http://www.alkaseltzer.com/as/faqs.htm#q6 discusses the best temperature to dissolve Alka-Seltzer tablets.
http://www.coe.uh.edu/texasipc/units/solution/sugar.pdf gives an outline for a procedure for an experiment for disolving rate of sugar. It could be adapted for disolving other materials.
http://dev.nsta.org/ssc/pdf/v4-0967t.pdfActivity 3 is:
“How does temperature affect reaction time?”. This is another sample experiment that could be adapted to experiment with temperatures.

Re: Why do alka seltzers fizz?
Hi berriemarrie,
Wow! Thank so much for your post!! It's heartwarming to get messages like yours.
I noticed a typo in my last post. The last reference should be:
http://dev.nsta.org/ssc/pdf/v4-0967t.pdf
Activity 3 is: “How does temperature affect reaction time?”.
This is another sample experiment that could be adapted to experiment with temperatures.
You may have figured out the typo already. It's better to be safe, however, than sorry.
