What roles that immune checkpoint inhibitors play in the process of cancer fighting? The mechanism described in the page is quite abstract to understand as immune system is a giant environment for drugs to take effect. Any feedback on this is appreciated.

(Your question doesn't immediately strike me as related to such a project). If the question is related to a K-12 science project, what is the hypothesis you are trying to test?
