I need a catchy title the project on Oil and Vinegar Do Mix...When You Have as an Emulsifier. And I also want to know is this appropriate for 3rd grade level?

Thanks

Hello and Welcome to SciBuddies!

I really like your project idea and I think it does suit a 3rd grader, as long as it is not too complex in terms of the chemistry. Just be sure to explain how the emulsifier works in simpler terms so that other elementary school children can understand:)

A suitable title could be: "Oil and Vinegar Do Not Mix... Or Do They?" . If you would like a simpler title, maybe "How Oil and Vinegar CAN mix : With an Emulsifier."

Hopefully this helps!
