prepare lysol solution

Please I need help. how to prepare 0.1% lysol solution with PBS, lysis and Triton. for example if the total volume is 10 ml . Thank you

I think you'll need more context. I don't think I know what a lysol solution is (unless it's the actual household cleaning product that you're diluting), but if you have buffers and solutions like PBS, lysis buffer, and Triton, they'll probably go in different proportions to make the final solution. Are you working with a researcher? If so, you should ask them what they typically use. Otherwise you'll have to look up what concentrations of each reagent people typically use to perform whatever task you are attempting.
