Why Bugs Died on their Back

Post by Yasmin_Hussain »

I started to wonder about why bugs or insects when they've died they must be on their back. Also, their legs sticking up in the air. Is there any specific reason for why this phenomenon happened.

The Ask an Expert forums are for K-12 students working on hands-on science projects. Posting here, students can get assistance from a team of Experts who help in the forums. The forums are not, however, for general science questions. There are other forums online available for questions like this.
