Antimicrobial resistance in goat milk.

Post by Vivinpandian »

Hi, I'm been working on goat milk to make it as food product which has high immune boosting molecules comparing to other milk. For that as the first step I'm trying to finds its antimicrobial resistance test by using well diffusion method. I'm getting negative results as my concentration is very low. When I went through research papers they have mentioned that the optimum concentration is 5mg/ml and I'm using vol/vol ratio. What can be done to bring the higher concentration where the maximum withstand capacity of well in agar plate is 150μL. Kindly guide me with the problem.
